9th September, 2009 : PingTree™ announced a significant enhancement to its PingTree™ Posting Platform (PPP) when it launched its intelligent lead throttling enhancement.

The new feature supports startup and new to UK lenders by setting a maximum number of leads required and balancing these across the defined opening hours of the new lenders call centre operation. In a short release to the News Wores, Mark Kennedy, PingTree™ MD, stated “This feature stops us from overloading new Partner lender’s call centres and from extending the wait time of the applicant by POSTing their data to lenders who no longer want leads. We are aware that very large US PingTree™ style operations have high customer drops offs by presenting a spinning gif to a customer for over 3 minutes. We seek to avoid this as we grow our lender base and this is a step along that road.”
